Q: What should I expect from my initial appointment with iHome Manage & Build?

A: Your first meeting with our team will give us the chance to get to know you and understand your unique goals and requirements. We’ll also offer up any suggestions we feel should be considered. After learning about your needs, we’ll move on to planning out the specifics of your project and will ensure you agree with every element of your custom manage & build process.

Q: How does iHome determine the cost of a particular project?

A: We’ll work with you to gain a thorough understanding of the specific demands of your project, in addition to consideration of your budget, in order to determine an appropriate estimate.

Q: Can iHome assists me in acquiring plans and permits?

A: Our expert team of project managers will be right there with you to assist in getting blueprints, architectural designs and the required zoning permits. It’s where our experience lies – and we’ll ensure that every aspect of your planning meets the building requirements through every stage.

Q: What are the stages in managing & building my custom home?

A: During the first stage, our project managers will share and review various floor plans, designs and layouts with you to get a sense of what floor plan will be ideal for you and your lifestyle. During the second stage, you’ll meet with our site supervisors to talk about potential lots and areas/communities that are in line with your vision. Following the finalization of a lot and floor plan, we will get started on organizing a contract for your builder. And after receiving legal approval, we will meet with you again to mock up

your custom home blueprint. The next stage is where the excitement begins to kick in – and you’ll have the opportunity to truly customize your home through choosing the right products and finishing touches. After all selections are given the green light and we receive a building permit, we will begin the construction work.

Q: Will I be able to visit my home during the project period?

A: iHome would be happy to share with you the construction stages of your dream home-in-progress! Just make sure you schedule your visits with your site coordinator, as all work must come to a halt during your visits to ensure complete safety.
